What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
We use vinyl and direct to film printing.

 

Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to maintain the quality of your shirt:

  • Washing: Machine wash inside out with like colors on a gentle or delicate cycle.
  • 
Ironing: Do not iron on decoration
  • 
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry
  • Do not dry clean

Ordering

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system and Paypal.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns

  • Unfortunately at this time we can’t offer a refund or exchange due to products being printed to order.  Before ordering send us an email (info@thegaksbrand.com) with size/ordering questions.  EXCEPTIONS can be made if the product or printing has a defect.
  • If a product defect is found please email us and include a photo of the product defect.
  • Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at carlai.moore@thegaksbrand.com.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 3-7 business days. As soon as your order is received, we ship it out within 2-4 days.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail or UPS 3 Day Select, Ground or Standard.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depends on where you live and the which shipping method you use.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.

My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
1). Allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive; and

2). reach out to your postal worker directly.
